I used Windows Movie Maker. When you mean upload as it saveing the movie it turns into an audio file?

When I import them. They just automatically go to being an audio file, or are saved that way, I dunno. >.> And I can't seem to get Windows Movie Maker to gets stuff off of DVDs because of copyright issues or something. I get so pissed of because of it.
